This Lower East Side Condo has the fortune of having a backyard space. And what a perfect place for the Client's pup and their friends! Like many of our city's gardens, there is only sun for a few hours a day. We replaced the grass with synthetic turf. Our client is also a busy professional so we kept the plantings and space as low maintenance as possible. Mexican Beach Pebbles were added to the border.
